Free Updates Policy

Built upon the Japanese philosophy of KAIZEN (continuous incremental improvements), we're obsessed with quality and constantly refining our products through ongoing iterations.

Whereas most video asset stores sell you products that never evolve (boring), we believe all creatives deserve better.

That's where the KAISCEND Free Updates philosophy came in. We travel the world full-time and are continuously shooting new content to expand and improve our products—all for your benefit.

Here's how it works:

Free Updates Policy:

Master Bundle: Free content updates twice per calendar year for 24 months from time of purchase, for the packs included at delivery.

Example: You bought the Master Bundle with Urban Neon, Urban Grit, and Urban Coast included. You are entitled to 24 months total of free updates to those packs. As they evolve, so does your bundle.

New packs added to our store AFTER your purchase are not included in the updates. The Master Bundle will increase in price as it expands, so when you purchase, you are locking in your price with 2 years of added value at no cost to you.

Updates are delivered during Q2 and Q4 of every year.

Urban Transitions Packs (Grit, Neon, Coast): Free content updates twice per calendar year for 12 months from time of purchase for your respective pack.

Example: You bought Urban Neon. You are entitled to a full year of free updates as we expand and improve the Urban Neon pack.

Updates are delivered during Q2 and Q4 of every year.

Update Content:

Update content may include new clips, improved color/audio, organization, and other tweaks and fixes. We may deprecate or replace files for legal/quality reasons.

Pricing changes to packs or bundles do not affect existing customers' update entitlements during their window (they are "grandfathered" in for the period above).
